Business Class Seat CMM
AeroTechPubs produces a new CMM for a customer series of Business Class Seats. The complex CMM was produced to customer requirements following many years of upgrades.

Airglide Ltd ISO 9001 QMS
AeroTechPubs has been working with Airglide Ltd, a local company specialising in surface protection systems, to implement an ISO 9001:2008 compliant Quality Management System.
The QMS has been documented in a Quality Manual, Company Procedures and the associated Forms and Registers. Our trained auditors have also conducted the initial round of internal audits and ISO Certification will be sought in the coming months.

CS-25 Certification Compliance Matrix
AeroTechPubs produces a Compliance Matrix Template for certifying modifications to CS-25 aircraft (Large Aeroplanes). The template tabulates each of the EASA CS-25 requirements and will be used by Part 21J Design Organisations when introducing modifications to CS-25 Aircraft to demonstrate compliance to each requirement.

Oil Dispersant System Design
AeroTechPubs delivers the electrical designs for an Oil Dispersant System being installed on a fleet of modified B727 aircraft. The electrical design includes control and indication of the system which will be used during oil spills.

Crew Rest Module CMM
AeroTechPubs produces a CMM for a Crew Rest Module. The Crew Rest Module is mounted on a standard Cargo Pallet and is designed to be loaded onto Freighter Aircraft (initial install B767-300) to provide facilities for two flight crew members. The CMM details the procedures for installing and maintaining the Module.

Satellite Monitoring System Spec & ICD
AeroTechPubs produces a System Specification and ICD (Interface Control Document) for a newly developed Tactical Satellite Monitoring System. The system is approved for ground and airborne installations, allowing government agencies around the world to passively monitor satellite communications, greatly enhancing their capabilities in the fight against terrorist threats.
The System Specification details the mechanical and electrical characteristics of the entire system and of each system component.
The ICD contains the information required for system installation, including mechanical interface data and electrical hook-up.

A310 VIP Cabin Upgrade AMM & IPC
AeroTechPubs produces AMM and IPC supplements following an extensive VIP Cabin Upgrade to an Airbus A310.
The VIP aircraft now has independent IFE systems throughout the VIP Bedroom, Office, Royal Lounge and Business Class area, featuring iPhone docking stations, Blu-Ray Players and LCD displays. Additional system upgrades include a new Aircell SATCOM system, Rockwell Collins Airshow 4000 passenger information system, IMS Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) at the Pilot and Co-Pilot Stations and new LED lighting throughout the cabin.
Our manual supplements provide the aircraft maintenance engineers with system descriptions, assembly break-downs and maintenance procedures for troubleshooting, replacing and testing the new equipment to ensure the aircraft's continued airworthiness.
